Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely. As long as you give us a least of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date. You can make up to two changes without any extra charges.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
Any events rescheduled within 45 days of the original date will need full payment for perishable items. Yet, we always strive to collaborate with you.
How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we ask for a 20% down payment. You should pay 30% on equipment delivery. The remaining 50% is due Net 30 days after project completion.
What is the process for managing the project?
We offer full on-site project management and supervision. This ensures a safe, compliant, and finished turn key product. We deliver to you within your timeline. Lonestar EV Network will give you your single point of contact and answer all you questions
